Where are my invoices stored?
All data is stored in a German data center incl. with regular backups all 24h.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. Start Basic (500) and upgrade to Unlimited without losing data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. Your PDFs remain available.
Do you support VAT & localized formats?
Yes. VAT %, VAT ID, bank details, localized PDFs (DE/EN).
Can I delete my account?
Yes — anytime. When the account is deleted, all personal profile data is deleted immediately and completely.
Note: The legal obligation to retain invoices lies solely with the invoice issuer.
Therefore, before deleting the account, the user must export their invoices themselves and archive them outside the platform. After deletion, there is no longer any access to the invoice data.
